• “TSA” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Travel Serv Academy, its operators Travel Serv India and Travel Serv LLC.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, content, and branding belong to TSA and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our materials without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. TSA holds the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Misuse of course materials
• Violation of academy policies or applicable laws

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

8. Certification & Placement

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion. Placement assistance is a support service and not a guaranteed job offer. Success depends on your performance, commitment, and market demand.

9. Limitation of Liability

TSA and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of income, career delay, or data loss.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and the United States, depending on your region of enrollment. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India, or Houston, Texas, USA, as applicable.
