Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Payment Policy

  • All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course unless a formal payment plan has been approved in writing.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other approved digital payment methods.
  • Payments for domestic students are processed and managed by Travel Serv India.
  • Payments for international or overseas students are processed and managed by Travel Serv LLC (USA).

 

  1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All course fees are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances once the enrollment is confirmed and payment is received.
  • This policy is applicable to all programs offered both online and offline.

 

  1. Exceptions – Conditional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under       the following exceptional conditions, subject to approval by the management:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a student has made a double payment by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded upon request with valid proof.
  • Course Cancellation by Academy: If Travel Serv Academy cancels a course before commencement due to unforeseen reasons, students will be eligible for a full refund or may opt to transfer the fee to another course.
  • Medical or Emergency Grounds: If a student faces a severe medical condition or emergency that prevents participation, a partial refund may be granted after review, and proper documentation must be submitted.
  • Visa Rejection (for international students): In case of visa refusal (with proof), a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.

 

  1. Transfer of Fees to Another Program

  • Students may request to transfer their fee to a different course offered by Travel Serv Academy. Such requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the original course start date and are subject to management approval.

 

  1. Refund Process Timeline

  • Approved refunds (in exceptional cases only) will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of written approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
